Sooo good and the service was great. We came on a Friday night and were able to get a seat right away. Sami was our server and even though there were 3 of us, she recommended the 2 person meal and the broths that we should try, and that completely filled us! It came with 2 cocktails, a bunch of meats, seafood and Melona ice cream for dessert for $100. Highly recommended.

Sammy provided great service. Helped us understand our options and suggested 2 person meal perfect for the 3 in our group. The tomato oxtail was delicious and Sammy was competent and the efficient friendly service was appreciated.

I honestly had guarded reservations about this place because the whole NFT membership thing seemed a little pretentious. I'm glad my hunger outweighed my opinions because I was seriously missing out! I've dined here a handful of times and each time is better than the last. It took a few tries, but I've finally figured out the optimal amount of food to order. The meat is tender. The veggie bowl and mushroom bowl has a good assortment so you don't have to second guess what to order. The house broth is my go to and is flavorful but light. Their fish balls with roe is my fave (I def had some sus fish balls at other places). Even though it's not AYCE, I always leave full and satisfied. I've had Sami as my server twice, and she is so sweet. Always checks in and makes sure we got everything we need. Now I'm curious about their BBQ spot...hmm!

I love coming to here to eat best hot pot in Las Vegas in my opinion Sami v is so sweet and she's so nice and always make sure that we had our refills on our beverages and kept the food coming right away

Sammy was a great server. She explained everything of whats on the menu and also the types of sauce that goes along w the A5 meat. She also recommend her personal sauce to pair w each A5 cut. The bimbimbap rice was on point and also the A5 nigiri. A must visit for Mongolian Hot Pot and other asian delights

Took my friend and daughter to chubby cattle for dinner, it was their first experience at a hot pot restaurant. We all gad a great time! We shared the combo for 2 which was more than enough food and I love that you get a little of everything. Our favorite broth was the oxtail! The brisket with egg was delicious and the wagyu truffle rice was a showstopper. I also had the yuzu cocktail, if you're a yuzu fan don't skip that one. Our server Jia really made the whole experience in another level. Showing us techniques, giving great recommendations and even made us a bowl of the house sauce which was sooo good! Can't wait to come back!

Quality of the wagyu, veggies, service and sauces was TOP tier!! We got the family pot of tomato oxtail and house special broth, wagyu beef combo platter, cabbage, pumpkin, potato, spinach noodles and rice. Everything was delicious. More than enough for 2+ 1 child to share! Best sauce combo: garlic, chili garlic, ponzu, soy sauce, peanut butter sauce, cilantro and touch of vinegar sauce. Sammy was our server and provided excellent service!! She always came to check on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. She was so kind to our son, gave him a sweet treat and totally made his day!! We will be back again and request for her!

Before this meal, I was contemplating if I should move out of Vegas for work because of severe burnout. And then a sign from the universe in the form of a new trainee waiter by the name of Tun came into my life to deliver one of the most lifesaving dining experiences I've ever had. Let me tell you, as soon as Tun recommended the Paloma cocktail, my mood was insanely in a 180 from the state that I entered the restaurant in. The only way I can properly express how good that drink was is in the form of onomatopoeia: mmm. Mmmhmmm. 10/10 this man has good taste in cocktails and also hair products, and because of that, I trust him with my life. As the night continued, me and my guest were traversing through the mountain of food that has been attentively delivered as well as various topics. And like the god tier waiter in training he is, Tun tastefully would interject to ask how the food was, never catching me mid sentence or mid bite. Timing? Impeccable. 'ppreciate you dawg. Even afterwards, offered me ice cream after I had paid to seem like it was even more of a surprise and to add to the "Cherry on top" experience that this night had already turned out to be. In conclusion, thank you for reminding me that Vegas is a very lovely city Tun, and things like hot pot and good service make life worth living despite the burnout.
